Start things out with this savory appetizer. Simply place the cheese on a baking sheet and drizzle with our Cranberry Pear Balsamic then bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, until it just starts to ooze. Serve with crackers and apple slices.
Next Up: Fall Harvest Salad
Whet your appetite with a refreshing taste of fall. Toss together crisp lettuce, spinach, pecans, sliced apples and dried cranberries. In a separate bowl, whisk together equal parts Rosemary Olive Oil, Katz Apple Cider Vinegar, salt & pepper then drizzle over your salad.
The Main Event: Crock Pot Espresso Pork Chops with Cranberries & Apples
Fall is the crock pot’s time to shine! Throw this together in the morning and come home to an incredible smell and an even more incredible meal! Simply place 2 cup sliced onion, 1 lb pork chops, 1/4 cup Espresso Balsamic, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1 cup cranberries, 1 cup sliced apple, salt and pepper in the crock pot then cook on low for 6-8 hours. It’s that easy!
Drink Your Dessert: Dark Chocolate Balsamic Martini
Sometimes, we like to drink our dessert and this libation is exactly why! Simply shake 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic with 3 oz of vodka and ice and you’ve got yourself dessert, straight up.
