This is a very versatile vinaigrette. I use it on grilled seafood as well as salad greens to give my dishes a fresh burst of citrus goodness. It takes less than 10 minutes to put all the ingredients together.
1 large garlic clove
Zest of one lime
1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup of Strippaggio Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Strippaggio Fleur de Sel sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Spoon over grilled or baked seafood or toss with salad greens. Yum!!!
