 We bring an assortment of different oils & vinegars each week.  If there is a specific flavor or product you would like to pick up at a market, order it online by Thursday, and in the "Notes" box in "Your Cart" tell us which market you'll be attending.  We'll refund any shipping charges, and we'll make sure it's ready and waiting for you. 

This week we're highlighting our Olio Nuovo Ascolano.  This "New Oil" has a distinct fresh flavor, with a deep green color, delectable grassy character and a 'pizzicante' finish!  Olio Nuovo is the first batch of each harvest and always has a completely fresh and distinctive flavor that will make you rethink your taste buds.  If you've never tried Olio Nuovo - this is your chance!
