Best uses - meat marinades, salads, sandwiches, and pizza, and our favorite…..drizzled over fresh sliced figs and goat cheese.  Also great drizzled over roasted vegetables, fish and chicken for a burst of flavor.

Suggested Pairings - Lemon, Rosemary.

Description - Tart with a hint of sweetness is the perfect balance in this delicious balsamic vinegar. The dark base has concentrated fresh fig fruit added which yields a jammy, rich vinegar.

Fig Fantastic

The fig balsamic vinegar combined with Strippaggio rosemary olive oil makes a great salad dressing. Just add a pinch of sea salt and you're all set. I also like to drizzle fig balsamic over a firm goat or sheeps milk cheese. Yields a great appetizer when hosting guests.

Try it on icecream

I have such a unique recommendation for this balsamic: try it on vanilla bean ice cream. A friend gave me the recommendation to try balsamic on top and I had this in the cabinet so I did. The combo is absolute bananas. It tastes like a slightly tart chocolate syrup and is best when the ice cream gets just a tiny bit melty. It's delicious!

Fig is incredible

I use fig on almost everything. I'm obsessed with it! Some of my favorites are putting it on sandwiches - turkey is my favorite, drizzling it on chicken and meat towards the end of cooking to get a glaze, and drizzling it on fruit and desserts.

Fig lover

I absolutely love the fig balsamic vinegar. I put it on all my steaks now - can't eat one without it. I also love it on roasted vegetables.
